Our Billing & Client Area will be migrated to a new subdomain based address. The new address will be my.zeronehosting.com.

We have made all necessary planning and made sure the switch will be seamless for all clients. For example, URLs for current invoices (https://zeronehosting.com/billing/viewinvoice.php) will be automatically redirected to the new URL (https://my.zeronehosting.com/viewinvoice.php). However, clients that encounter a URL not working as expected are advised to visit https://my.zeronehosting.com/clientarea.php , login and perform their intended actions within the control panel.

The Billing & Client Area will be switched to maintenance mode and will not be available for a brief time during the scheduled maintenance window. This means that Support will also not be available as it's a part of the Billing & Client Area website. For any support requests during that time please email us at support@zeronehosting.com.

Our services (Windows VPS, SharePoint VPS, Hosted Exchange, Web Hosting) will not be impacted in any way from this maintenance.
