The datacenter techs provided an ETA of 60 minutes. All today's affected servers should be back online at 12:30 UTC.

Today's maintenance is taking more time than we originally planned. We're currently waiting for an update from the datacenter techs, we'll update the incident ASAP.

Our datacenter provider in Dallas will be performing a datacenter upgrade during the following dates.
Tuesday January 5th from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Wednesday January 6th from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Thursday January 7th from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Friday January 8th from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Saturday January 9th from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Above times are in UTC timezone. For your convenience, we're also adding the maintenance times in CST below:
Monday January 4th from 9:00 PM to Tuesday Jan 5th 5:00 AM
Tuesday January 5th from 9:00 PM to Wednesday Jan 6th 5:00 AM
Wednesday January 6th from 9:00 PM to Thursday Jan 7th 5:00 AM
Thursday January 7th from 9:00 PM to Friday Jan 8th 5:00 AM
Friday January 8th from 9:00 PM to Saturday Jan 9th 5:00 AM
Due to the scale of this upgrade the datacenter provider cannot provide a more specific time frame. However, all work will be concluded during non-business hours (US based) to minimize impact on our customers' workloads.
On-site Hyper-V Replicas will not be activated during this maintenance. Off-site Replicas will be activated before shutting down protected servers.
We have been assured that the upgrade has been very carefully planned and will be conducted with the utmost care and consideration. We'll be closely monitoring the process from our side to provide updates and intervene if necessary.
